albums are like pictures… the songs get captured in a time and place, then, like people in photographs, they go off and grow and change. i can’t believe it’s been exactly one year since MODERN LOVE was released. playing these songs live is still such a thrill… i think that means we captured something good on this record. i’m real proud of that.
